Safety production
Because the punch has the characteristics of high speed and high pressure, certain safety regulations must be observed when using the punch for blanking and forming.
1. The transmission parts exposed outside the press must be installed with protective cover. It is forbidden to drive or test run with the protective cover removed.
2. Before starting, check whether the main fastening screws are loose, whether the mold is cracked, whether the operating mechanism, automatic stop device, clutch and brake are normal, and whether the lubrication system is blocked or lack of oil. If necessary, the test can be done with an empty car.
3. When installing the die, the slider must be opened to the bottom dead center, the closing height must be correct, and the eccentric load must be avoided as far as possible; the die must be firmly fastened and inspected by pressure test.
4. Pay attention to the work, and do not put your hands and tools into the dangerous area. Small parts must be operated with special tools (tweezers or feeding mechanism). When the die blocks the blank, only tools can be used to release it.
5. If the operation of the press is abnormal or there is abnormal sound (such as continuous strike sound and burst sound), stop feeding immediately and check the cause. If the rotating parts are loose, the control device is out of order, the mold is loose and defective, it should be stopped for repair.
6. When punching a workpiece, hands or feet must leave the button or pedal to prevent misoperation.
7. When more than two people operate, the driver should be appointed and coordination should be paid attention to. Before off duty, the mould should be put down, the power should be cut off, and the necessary cleaning should be carried out.
Before work
(1) check the lubrication condition of each part, and make each lubrication point fully lubricated
(2) check whether the mold is installed correctly and reliably;
(3) check whether the compressed air pressure is within the specified range
(4) check whether the switch buttons are sensitive and reliable. The motor can only be started after the flywheel and clutch are disengaged;
(5) make the press run several times, and check the working condition of the brake, clutch and control part
(6) check the main motor for abnormal heating, abnormal vibration, abnormal sound, etc
(7) use the manual oil pump to add lithium ester oil to the slider
(8) check and adjust the roller clearance of the feeder to meet the process requirements
(9) check and keep the oil quantity of the oil atomizer up to the specified requirements
(10) when the motor starts, check whether the flywheel rotation direction is the same as the rotation mark.
at work
(1) manual lubricating oil pump shall be used to press lubricating oil to lubricating points regularly
(2) when the performance of the press is not familiar, it is not allowed to adjust the press without authorization
(3) it is absolutely forbidden to cut two layers of sheet at the same time
(4) in case of abnormal work, stop working immediately and check in time.
After work
(1) disconnect the flywheel and clutch, cut off the power supply and let out the residual air
(2) wipe the press clean and apply anti rust oil on the worktable
(3) make records after each operation or maintenance.
Mechanical work
Due to poor lubrication of punch press, the friction resistance increases when the worktable moves. When the motor drives, the table does not move forward, which makes the ball screw produce elastic deformation and stores the energy of the motor in the deformation. When the motor continues to drive, and the elastic force produced by the stored energy is greater than the static friction force, the worktable of the punch press wriggles forward and moves like this again and again, resulting in the phenomenon of crawling. However, this is not the case. If you look at the lubrication of the guide surface carefully, you can conclude that it is not the problem. The problem of press creep and vibration belongs to the problem of speed. Since it is the problem of speed, we need to find the speed ring. The whole adjustment process of punch speed is completed by the speed regulator.
The operation and monitoring of CNC punch are all completed in this CNC unit, which is the brain of CNC punch. It has high machining precision and stable machining quality; it can process complex parts by multi coordinate linkage; when machining parts change, it generally only needs to change the NC program, which can save production preparation time; the machine itself has high precision and large rigidity, so it can choose favorable processing amount, with high productivity (generally 3 ~ 5 times of ordinary machine tools). For speed related problems, you can only find the speed regulator. Therefore, the problem of punch vibration also needs to find the speed regulator. You can find the speed regulator fault from the following places: one is the given signal, one is the feedback signal, and the other is the speed regulator itself.
Because the vibration frequency of punch press is proportional to the speed of motor, the first thing to do is to check whether the motor is faulty, the surface condition of its carbon brush and commutator, as well as the mechanical vibration, and the lubrication condition of the ball bearing. The whole inspection does not need to be completely disassembled. It can be observed by the inspector, and the bearing can be heard by ear Sound to check. If there is no problem, check the tachogenerator. The tachogenerator is usually DC.
The speed measuring generator of punch press is a small permanent magnet DC generator, its output voltage should be proportional to the speed, that is, the output voltage and speed are linear. As long as the speed is constant, the output voltage waveform should be a straight line, but due to the influence of the slot and commutator commutation, a small alternating variable is attached to the straight line. Therefore, a filter circuit is added to the speed measurement feedback circuit, which weakens the AC component attached to the voltage.
The feedback signal and the given signal of the press are exactly the same for the regulator. Therefore, the fluctuation of the feedback signal will inevitably cause the opposite direction adjustment of the speed regulator, which will cause the vibration of the punch. When this happens, it is very easy to deal with. As long as the back cover of the motor is removed, the commutator of the tachogenerator will be exposed. At this time, there is no need to do any disassembly, just use a sharp hook, carefully hook each slot, then smooth the burr with fine sandpaper, wipe the surface of the rectifier with anhydrous alcohol, and then put on the carbon brush. Special attention should be paid here to avoid touching the winding when the sharp hook is used to hook the slot between the commutators, because the winding wire is very thin, once it is broken, it cannot be repaired, so the winding has to be replaced. Another must not use water alcohol to wipe, so that after the insulation resistance drops, can not be dried, so it will delay the repair period.
A closed loop system may also cause system oscillation due to poor parameter setting. However, eliminating this oscillation method is to reduce its magnification, adjust the RV1 in FANUC system and turn it in reverse direction. At this time it can be seen that it will become better immediately. However, because the range of RV1 regulating potentiometer is relatively small, sometimes it can not be adjusted, it can only change the short circuited bar, that is, excision. Feed resistance value, reduce the magnification of the whole regulator.
Use of machinery
The following rules shall be followed for blanking and forming by press. When more than two people operate, the driver should be appointed and coordination should be paid attention to. Before off duty, the mould should be put down, the power should be cut off, and the necessary cleaning should be carried out. If the rotating parts are loose and the control device is out of order, the hand or foot must leave the button or pedal to prevent misoperation when punching a workpiece. Before working, check whether the punch protection device is complete, whether the flywheel runs smoothly, whether the upper part and both sides of the pedal device are protected, whether the operation is reliable and flexible, and remove the objects that hinder the operation in the workplace.
The blanking force must be checked and approved, and overload operation is strictly prohibited. The power must be cut off before installing and disassembling the mould. The mould must be installed firmly and reliably. When adjusting the height of using and closing, the manual or dynamic method shall be used step by step. Before confirming the adjustment, it is forbidden to connect the vehicle. During the operation, we should concentrate our thoughts, strictly prohibit doing while talking, and cooperate with each other to ensure safe operation. Generally, it is forbidden for more than two people to operate the punch at the same time. If necessary, there must be a special person to direct and be responsible for the operation of the pedal device. It is forbidden to feed or unload any part of the body within the scope of the mold during the work. There should be special tools.
The sandwich feeding stamping is forbidden. The second feeding can only be carried out after removing the secondary punching parts or surplus materials. It is necessary to check the installation of the mould regularly. If there is looseness or slippage, it should be adjusted in time. Before the burr exceeds the standard, the knife edge should be polished in time. When the mold is disassembled, it must be in the closed state. Take good care of stamping equipment, dies, tools, measuring tools and instruments. After the work is finished, the die and punch should be cleaned and ready. In the formal stamping process, because the static error rate of the main motor varies with different loads, when stamping different parts, the electromagnetic counter set on the control board can be used to correct the speed.
