Test and adjust the oil output and pressure detection function of lubricating oil. Check and adjust the sprocket, chain, transmission shaft, worm and other parts of the mold height adjusting device for looseness, abnormality and chain tension. Remove the upper cover of the gearbox, check the internal parts wear and key position looseness, clean the oil groove, renew the lubricating oil, test and inspect the operation condition, noise and vibration. Test and adjust the oil output and pressure at the oil injection point of the transmission system. Check and adjust the piston action, brake angle, brake clearance and brake pad wear. Measure the clearance between sliding guide and guide, check the friction surface, and adjust and correct it if necessary. Add manual lubricating grease to flywheel bearing and check pipeline and joint. Balance cylinder action status and oil lubrication system, oil circuit, joint test and inspection. Test and check the insulation impedance of motor circuit and electrical operation circuit. Test the accuracy of the whole machine (perpendicularity, parallelism, comprehensive clearance, etc.), and adjust and correct if necessary. Cleaning of punch appearance and accessories, checking point, fastening screw of mechanical foot (Foundation), locking and level inspection of nut, and adjustment if necessary. Cleaning, maintenance and inspection of lubricating oil supply system, pipeline valve, etc. Cleaning and maintenance of pneumatic components and pipelines of air system and action test and inspection.
Test and adjust the projection angle and area of photoelectric safety device for 3000-4000 hours maintenance. Check and adjust the appearance of other parts of the electrical system, contact wear and loose wiring, etc., and the function of the second drop rotary cam switch box and the emergency stop circuit. Oil circuit cleaning, oil chamber cleaning, oil renewal, pressure action and function test adjustment of overload protection device. Check and adjust the wear and tension of V-belt of main motor. The components of the brake release mechanism are disassembled (flywheel is not included), cleaned and maintained, and the clearance is checked, adjusted, reassembled and debugged. The other parts of the balancer are disassembled, cleaned, inspected, reassembled and debugged. Use 6000-8000 hours to maintain the saw teeth, disassemble the connecting rod, clean and maintain, check the thread engagement and wear condition of the saw teeth and connecting rod, polish, grind the engagement surface and apply grease. Slider assembly (ball seat, cover). Disassembly, cleaning and maintenance, clearance adjustment and wearing surface, oil seal inspection and re application of lubricating grease. Disassembly, disassembly and cleaning of the die pad, inspection of each wearing surface and re application of grease before assembly and commissioning.
Troubleshooting
1. If the crankshaft bearing is hot and the bearing sleeve is not well scraped and lubricated, scrape and grind the copper bush again and check the lubrication.
2. There are copper scraps in the oil flowing out from the bearing, lack of lubricating oil, the lubricating oil is not clean, check the lubrication, and disassemble the bearing for cleaning
3. If the clearance is too small, the lubrication is poor and the contact is poor, re grind and scrape the guide rail, adjust the clearance and pay attention to the lubrication
4. During operation, the clutch does not engage or cannot be disengaged after engagement. The spring of rotary key loses its elasticity. If the key fits too tightly, replace the engagement clearance of spring and grinding key
5. When the clutch is disengaged, the sliding block cannot stop at the top dead center position, the tension of the brake belt is insufficient, the brake belt is excessively worn, the oil on the brake wheel slips, the tension of the brake spring is adjusted, the brake is replaced, and the brake belt and wheel rim are cleaned with kerosene
6. The return plate does not work and the position of the hitting head is not right. Adjust the position of the hitting head and manually rotate the flywheel for trial return
7. The locking connecting rod of the rotating locking device is loose
8. The ball head of connecting rod screw impacts in the slider ball pad, the ball head has poor contact with the ball pad cover, the cover screw is loose, scrape and grind the ball head and ball pad, and tighten the cover screw
9. Press the button (open) does not work, the power supply is broken, the thermal breaker is cut off, check the circuit system and eliminate the fault
Press calibration
1. Clearance between slide and guide
The clearance adjustment between the slide and the guide is mainly for the sake of accuracy, and the phenomenon of heating will occur when the adjustment is too tight. Generally, each side of the minicomputer is 0.02 ~ 0.05mm, and each side of the mainframe is 0.03 ~ 0.20mm.
2. Comprehensive clearance
When the slider body is vibrated, it needs to be adjusted in time.
3. Locking of slider connecting rod
Due to long-term use or overload, the connecting rod will be loose, which is generally considered as overload; moreover, if there is oil leaching at the joint, it may also be overload; in this state, the locking degree of connecting rod lock nut must be adjusted in time, because it is related to safety.
4. Maintenance of brake and clutch
The brake and clutch of the press are important parts for the safe operation of the press, which are the inducement of major safety accidents. Therefore, we must understand its basic structure, and confirm its safety performance before daily operation, and find out the abnormal conditions (such as: the slider can not stop at the designated position, abnormal sound, abnormal vibration, slow action of the slider, etc.) and report them Call for repair.
In addition, maintenance personnel should also pay attention to the brake, clutch friction plate if the gap between the performance is too large: the amount of compressed air increases, the press slider appears crawling state, when serious, there will be a continuous operation of the slider, this is absolutely not allowed to happen. If the adjustment clearance is too small, the friction plate of the brake and clutch will make friction sound, generate heat, and the motor current will rise, which will also cause the damage of the return spring. (normal clearance standard 1.5-3.0 mm).
5. Break away from
When the upper and lower dies are closed, the slide can not run normally. At this time, the motor can be reversed and the air pressure can be increased, the operation selection button can be turned to the “inching” state, and the sliding block can be pulled up to the top dead point by several times.
6. Correction of bolt looseness
It includes the bolt of machine tool auxiliary facilities must be confirmed regularly, especially for some high-speed and frequent operation of stamping machines, because the vibration of these machines is relatively large, and the bolt is easy to loosen. Once the bolt is loose, if it is not corrected in time, it will cause some unexpected safety accidents.
7. Spot inspection of oil feeding device
The running part of the machine often burns and bites when the oil supply is not in time, so the spot inspection of the oil supply part must be carried out. It includes oil cup, oil tank, oil pipe, filter, oil seal and so on. The phenomenon of “running, emitting, dripping, leaking and blocking” must be dealt with in time.
8. Inspection of compressed air
When the compressed air pipeline of the machine tool leaks, the pressure will be low, which will affect the action of the machine tool. So it must be repaired in time.
In addition, the water content of compressed air should also be controlled (air filtering, drying and dehydration device can be installed), which is a major cause of slow action and corrosion of machine tool solenoid valve, cylinder and other devices.
9. Regularly check the accuracy of punch press
The accuracy of the punch will have a direct impact on the service life of the mold and the machining accuracy of the products. However, the accuracy of machine tools deteriorates with the extension of time, so it is necessary to carry out the accuracy point inspection regularly, and repair the problems found in time, so as to ensure the accuracy of machine tools and the accuracy of products produced.
