9. Guide sleeve
The guide sleeve is a tubular part which provides precise guidance for the relative movement of the upper and lower die bases. Most of the guide sleeves are fixed in the upper die base and are used together with the guide pillars fixed in the lower die base.
10. Guide plate
The guide plate is a plate-shaped part with a precise sliding inner hole with the punch, which is used to ensure the mutual alignment of the punch and the die, and play the role of unloading (parts).
11. Guide post
The guide post is a cylindrical part which provides precise guidance for the relative movement of the upper and lower die bases. Most of the guide posts are fixed on the lower die base and used together with the guide sleeve fixed on the upper die base.
12. Guide pin
The guide pin is a pin shaped part extending into the material hole to guide its position in the die.
13. Guide plate die
The guide plate die is a punching die guided by the guide plate, and the punch does not separate from the guide plate when the die is used.
14. Guide plate
The guide plate is a plate-shaped guide part which guides the strip (strip, coil) material into the die.
15. Guide pillar mold base guide pillar mold base is a mold base with guide pillar and guide sleeve sliding each other. (see “mold base”).
16. Die
The stamping die is a kind of technological equipment installed on the press to produce stamping parts, which is composed of two parts: the upper part and the lower part.
17. Punch
Punch is a convex working part which plays a direct role in forming stamping parts in stamping die, that is, a part whose working surface is the shape.
18. Die
The working surface of the concave die is the working surface of the concave part.
19. Guard plate
The protective plate is a plate-shaped part to prevent fingers or foreign matters from entering the dangerous area of the die.
20. Pressing plate (ring)
The pressing plate (ring) is used to press the stamping materials or process parts to control the material flow in the stamping die. In the drawing die, the pressing plate is mostly called the pressing ring.
21. Press bar
The pressing rib is a rib like protrusion used to control the material flow in the drawing die or the drawing die. The pressing rib can be a local structure of the die or the pressing ring, or a separate part embedded in the die or the pressing ring.
22. Pressure sill
The pressing sill is a special name for the pressing bar with rectangular section. Refer to “compression bar”.
23. Bearing plate
The bearing plate is a plate-shaped part used to lengthen the upper plane of the die and support the stamping material.
24. Continuous die
Continuous die is a die with two or more working positions. The material is sent to one working position step by step along with the press stroke, so that the stamping parts are gradually formed.
25. Side blade
The side edge is a punch to cut the feeding positioning notch on the side of strip (strip, coil).
26. Side pressure plate
The side pressure plate is a plate-shaped part which applies pressure on one side of strip (strip, coil) material through spring to make the other side close to the guide plate.
27. Ejector
Ejector bar is a kind of rod-shaped part which directly or indirectly ejects work (sequence) parts or wastes by upward action.
28. Roof
The top plate is a plate-shaped part moving in the die or module, which directly or indirectly ejects the work (sequence) parts or wastes by upward action.
29. Ring gear
The gear ring is the ring shaped protrusion on the fine blanking die or the toothed pressing plate, which is the local structure of the die or the toothed pressing plate rather than a separate part.
30. Limit sleeve
The limiting sleeve is a tubular part used to limit the minimum closing height of the die, which is generally set outside the guide post.
31. Limit post
The limit column is a cylindrical part which limits the minimum closing height of the die.
32. Locating pin (plate)
Locating pin (plate) is a part which can ensure the process parts have the same position in the mold. It is called locating pin or locating plate because of its different shape.
33. Fixing plate
The fixed plate is a plate-shaped part of the fixed punch.
34. Fixed discharge plate
The fixed discharge plate is a discharge plate fixed on the die. (see “discharge plate”).
35. Fix retaining pin (plate)
The fixed retaining pin (plate) is a retaining pin (plate) fixed in the die. (refer to “stop pin (plate)”).
36. Unloader
Unloader is a kind of non plate parts or device which unloads the work (sequence) parts from the outer surface of punch.
37. Discharge plate
Discharge plate is a kind of fixed or movable plate-shaped parts which can unload materials or work (sequence) parts from punch. The discharge plate is sometimes made into one with the guide plate, and also plays the role of material guide, which is still called discharge plate.
38. Discharge screw
The unloading screw is a screw fixed on the elastic unloading plate, which is used to limit the static position of the elastic unloading plate.
39. Single process Die
Single working procedure die is a kind of die which only completes one working procedure in one stroke of press.
40. Scrap cutter
There are two kinds of scrap cutters. 1. A cutter installed on the flange trimming die of deep drawing parts to cut off the whole circle of trimming waste for easy removal. 2. A cutter installed on a press or die to cut strip (strip, roll) waste according to a fixed length for easy removal.
41. Combined die
The combined die is a general and adjustable complete set of die which gradually forms various punching parts according to geometric elements (straight line, angle, arc and hole). The outline of flat stamping parts generally needs several pairs of combined dies to be punched by stages.
42. Start to use retaining pin (plate)
The starting stop pin (plate) is a part used for positioning when feeding the starting end of material. The first stop pin (plate) is mobile.
43. Block
The block is composed of a complete die, punch, discharge plate or fixed plate and other parts.
44. Stop (plate)
The block (plate) is a hardened part for positioning the material cut out of the notch by the side edge when feeding, and also used to balance the single side cutting force of the side edge. The block (plate) is generally used with the side edge.
45. Stop pin (plate)
Stop pin (plate) is a positioning part of material along the feeding direction, which is called stop pin or stop plate because of its different shape. Retaining pin (plate) is a general term for fixed retaining pin (plate), movable retaining pin (plate) and starting retaining pin (plate).
46. Backing plate
The backing plate is a hardened plate-shaped part between the fixed plate (or die) and the die base, which is used to reduce the unit compressive stress of the die base.
